Shipping + Delivery Policy

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada (more to come).

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 8-12 business days from the date your order is placed (this includes order processing and transit). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

• Standard Delivery (FREE): estimated total delivery time is 8-12 business days.
• Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.
• Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

All orders receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package ships. To track your order, contact us at purchase@aihealthtranslator.com with your full name, mailing address, and confirmation number.

Our Shipping Guarantee

We stand behind delivery. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

• Damaged items: report within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Lost packages (USA): considered lost after 45 days with no tracking movement.

• Customs and duties: Canadian shipments may occasionally face customs inspections that slightly delay delivery.
